PeptiLine is a Django web application with three linked dashboards: Data Transformation, Data Analysis, and Heatmap Visualization.
Data Transformation includes a live functional database search (BLAST- and exact-match) for annotating peptidomic results with known bioactive functions. The Milk Bioactive Peptide Database (MBPDB) is the first supported annotation source, with more planned. Uploading a pre-downloaded results table, or your own functional annotation table, is also supported for those who prefer it.
